HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We conduct all operations with the utmost regard for the Health and Safety, of its employees, its contractors, neighboring communities, company and public assets, our commitment to Health, Safety and Environment ranks equally with our business objectives. We will continually strive to achieve a healthy and safe environment through our shared responsibility to improve the work place.
We will fully comply with all applicable local provincial and federal regulations as a minimum standard for compliance. Company requirements are more stringent, this Health Safety and Environment Manual is designed to supplement existing local, provincial, federal regulations while reflecting the current knowledge of work hazards and the best means of dealing with the incidents that these hazards can create.
Anti-corruption Policy
ELPL conducts its business with fairness based on a philosophy that the Company shall demonstrate a keen sense to social responsibility and the best interests of its patron in alignment with the principle of Corporate Governance.
To ensure that ELPL has a proper policy determining responsibility, guideline, and regulation as a tool to prevent corruption from all business transactions, ELPL has arranged a written guideline called ‘Anti-corruption Policy’ in order to prudently make a decision on any course of action that could possibly lead to corruption and to serve as an apparent guideline in performing business and effectively developing to sustainability organization.
Business Continuity Management Policy
EPIC Logistics is committed to implementing Business Continuity Management (“BCM”) based on Guidelines of international standard ISO9001. We strive to develop a BCM system to improve company-wide resilience in the event of significant business disruption. We will prepare and maintain Business Continuity Plans (“BCP”) to ensure that we can regain operational capability and continue to deliver our solutions and services, so far as it is reasonably practicable, when faced with an emergency.
Information Security Management
Information security management system is integral to EPIC Logistics’ operations. We strive to assure integrity of all information we disseminate, produce, and manage or store, which is duly handled through sound confidentiality procedures. This policy aims to protect our information assets from any internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats. To pursue the policy, we shall ensure that all information, including internal, third party, personal and electronic data, is treated with complete confidentiality, maintain integrity of all such information, ensure that our information system and the information contained meet the needs of our core and supporting business operations, increase staff awareness of information security management through education and training.
Quality Policy Statement
EPIC Logistic Measure Performance & Improve Quality By regularly and constantly invites, evaluates and monitors feedback on customer satisfaction so as to measure our performance against prescribed requirements and ascertain our capability of meeting needs and expectations of customers and interested parties.
“Improve Quality” refers to the continuous process in which the company systematically sets objectives and benchmarks, recognizes best practices and implements program for continual improvement of quality, which means fulfilling customers’ requirements at lowest costs and at all times.
